- Roles and Responsibilities

1. Follow and adapt the sales script and strategy as needed to optimize performance.

2. Effectively convert leads into sales through telephonic engagement.

3. Contact potential clients via phone to explain the benefits of opening a Demat account.

4. Provide detailed information about our services, including account features, fees, and investment opportunities.

5. Guide clients throughout the account opening process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted correctly.

6. Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, including feedback, orders, and queries.

7. Inform customers about new product launches and gather their feedback.

8. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
- Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Min. HSC passed

2. Previous experience of 2-5 years in a telesales or similar field.

3. Proficient in MS Office.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
