We are hiring Administration officer in the Aluva showroom.

Job Description;
- Co-coordinating with external Agencies, like MIDC, Police Station, Gram Panchayat, MSEB, Administration support vendors/service providers, etc. to ensure smooth flow of Admin operations tasks.
- Coordinating with other internal departments like Head Office, Finance, etc on general administration of processes.
- Prepare MIS / reports as per requirement.
- Upkeep the general discipline and administration.
- Cost control related to Facility operations expenses budgeting as per the process.
- Security Management/System of Facility.
- Facility Housekeeping General Management, Cafeteria Management

**Competencies Required;**
- Initiative drive to work with people.
- Well versed in basic Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Should have project management experience related to infrastructure/Admin
- 2 to 7 years of experience in the similar field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
