Office/accounts Assistant

We are looking for an energetic office/accounts assistant for immediate hire. You will help manage and facilitate office operations for an IT company and maintain records.
Your key responsibilities include:
- **Office Management**:Organize office facilities, systems, equipment, and supplies.
- **Administrative Support**:Coordinate with vendors, banks, government department and handle correspondence in English (fluency required).
- **Record Keeping**:Organize, maintain, secure data and office records using computer systems and software.
- **HR Support**: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
- **Facilities Management**: Plan and arrange office equipments and facilities.
Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills are essential for this position.
Ability to problem solve for efficient and smooth operation of the office facilities and systems essential
Ability to travel locally as needed. Having a bike is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
