Job Title**:Account Executive**

Salary Package: INR **15,000 to 20,000 per month**

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions for both Automobile and Retail business operations.
- Prepare and manage **GST returns**, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Process and monitor **sales and purchase transactions**, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.**:

- Prepare and review **balance sheets**, **profit and loss statements**, and other **financial reports.**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant tax laws.
- Provide support during **audits** and help resolve any accounting issues.
- Manage and train junior accounting staff as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A minimum of **1-5 years’ experience** in accounting, specifically in the **Automobile and Retail **industries.
- In-depth knowledge of **GST return filing** and **sales/purchase transactions**.
- Strong understanding of **tax regulations** and compliance requirements in India.
- Proficiency in **accounting software** (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance**, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification is a plus).

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary Range: INR **15,000 to 20,000** per month (based on experience and qualifications).
