**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Financial Record Management**
- Verify and complete the stock register and finished stock register.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with relevant regulations.
- Maintain organized and detailed financial documentation.
- Prepare and manage cash and other vouchers.

**2. Invoicing and Billing**
- Prepare and issue invoices, challans, and E-way bills in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
- Handle the entry of purchase bills into the accounting system.

**3. Purchase Orders**
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Ensure all purchase orders are authorized and comply with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

**4. Job Work Accounting**
- Prepare invoices against job work challans.
- Maintain accurate records of job work transactions.
- Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to ensure accurate job work accounting.

**5. Transportation and Logistics**
- Follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain records of transportation costs and logistics activities.

**6. Compliance and Regulations**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and financial regulations, including TDS and TCS
- Prepare and submit compliance reports as required, including GSTR 1, 2, 3B returns, and advance tax
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations
- Handle compliance with ESI and PF regulations

**7. Financial Analysis and Reporting**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 6-7 years as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Experience in handling logistics and transportation coordination.
- Familiarity with E-way bill generation and GST compliance.
