* Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information
- Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts; oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents as requested
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and book flights and travel arrangements
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Keep a track of all inward and outward movement of posts, couriers, assets, and other items
- Other duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements

4+ years of experience as an office admin/office operations specialist or in a similar role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in English, Hindi
Diploma/ BA/ B.COM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
