**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branch Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
- **Sales Control and Monitoring**:

- Monitor sales performance and implement measures to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage branch budget and expenses effectively to ensure profitability.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Post Graduation
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in the diagnostic or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Kochi, Trivandrum, and occasionally to other locations for client meetings and events.
- Knowledge of diagnostic supplies, medical equipment, or healthcare products is preferred but not required

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
