Ev Sales Executive

**Job Summary**: The EV Sales Executive promotes and sells electric vehicles, ensuring an excellent customer buying experience. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed information on EVs, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Service**:
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information on EV models, features, pricing, and financing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate EV functionalities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and address their questions.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest EV technologies and industry developments.
- Educate customers on the benefits of electric vehicles.
**Sales Process Management**:
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
- Prepare sales contracts and collaborate with the finance department for financing options.
- Manage the vehicle delivery process.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address post-sale issues and provide ongoing support.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions.
**Performance and Reporting**:
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in automotive sales, preferably in electric vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of EVs and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
