Job Title**:Academic Affairs Administrator**
Location: Mumbai
Reports To: Academic Director, Malta
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Provide direct support to the Academic Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and assisting with correspondence.
Timetable and Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain academic timetables, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate course schedules, exams, and events.
Communication: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student data, course information, and academic reports. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for academic reviews.
Academic Event Coordination: Assist in organizing academic events, faculty meetings, and student workshops. Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Global Interaction: Communicate effectively with an international student body and faculty, ensuring their needs are met and that any issues are escalated when necessary.
Daily Task Flexibility: Adapt to a variety of administrative tasks that may change on a day-to-day basis, such as handling documentation, processing student requests, and dealing with operational challenges.
**Qualifications**:
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with students, professors, and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Presentation: Well-presented and well-spoken, with a professional demeanor to represent Ascencia in a global context.
Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, preferably within an academic setting, with skills in managing timetables, calendars, and communication channels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing administrative demands and schedules.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
