The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the content marketing function in the marketing team. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive new and current business.
Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels. - Map a content strategy that supports and extends short
- and long-term marketing initiatives, and determine what works for the brand and why with a continuous focus on strategy evolution. - Develop a functional content calendar for all enterprise verticals and define the owners in each vertical. - Gauge content effectiveness by gathering data and analytics to make recommendations based on those results.
- Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval, and repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies. - Establish workflows for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. - Enabling the sales team with the resources they need to close more deals and centralize existing and new sales content in one location - Work to create success stories highlighting the solution and the challenges it resolves for your target audience, as these are critical content in a sales team's document library. - Develop sales playbooks and provide training on new and existing solution lines for the Sales team.
