Receptionist/office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate destinations.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and clients.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in computer operating, MS Office, front desk, hospital administration, hospital, OPD, Foa, guest relations, billing, receptionist activities, front office, hospitality, and hospital.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry practices is a plus.
