**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Front Desk Support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.
- Follow up with customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and professional customer service.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and communications, including referrals to other services, agencies, stakeholders, and organizations.
- Identify customer needs and expectations and deliver service requests efficiently and consistently to achieve first contact resolution.
- Respond to telephone (24*7), electronic, or face-to-face service requests, enquiries, and customer communications, utilizing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to enhance service delivery.
- Handle cash handling and payment facilities, including accepting, allocating, and reconciling payments.
- Act as an advocate for the Customer First Contact Centre and promote positive communication across the organization, fostering constructive and effective relationships.
- Adhere to the guidelines for confidentiality and the release of information, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act.
- Flexibility to attend stalls and events, especially for counter sales activities (preferred).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
