Good knowledge to create Travel packages.
- Maintain a good relationship with our suppliers. Try to ascertain supplier and networking.
- Ascertain customer needs and sell the most suitable arrangements for the client making suggestions and recommendations to enhance their holiday.
- Handle customer bookings in a timely manner. Process client requests accurately, in accordance with office system and office procedures.
- Experienced in selling outbound travel with well-rounded destination knowledge. Search for new activities and suppliers to add to our portal.
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
- Manage office independently without any Supervision.
- Make professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for Clients while providing excellent customer service.
- Plan itineraries and arrange bookings/ ticketing for corporate, groups, individual passenger -inbound / out-bound clients -followed by Reissues/ Refunds
- Converse with customers to determine destination, preference, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required
- Provided customers with brochures and publications containing travel information such as local customs, points of interest and special events occurring in various locations, and foreign country regulations, such as consular requirements and currency limitations.
- Promptly answer telephone calls to reflect professional corporate image.
- Interact with passengers extensively and provide superior customer service with proven ability to diffuse angry customers and accurately assess customer needs.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining supplier’s relationship, contracting, pricing and tariff preparation.
- Follow up of Local Purchase Orders (LPO) and other Supporting Documents
- Liaising with the airlines/ suppliers for any Special requests from the Client/ Corporate
- Ensure Up selling the products like -Flight Tickets/ Car Rentals/ Travel Insurance / VISA services/ Holidays Packages to the Customers
- Ensure appropriate maintenance of records and submission of reports on a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain customer data base and ensure effective utilization of the same for the Customer Relationship Management
- Queue Monitoring & maintaining Client Profile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
