**Job Summary**: As an Administrative Intern in the Facilities Management industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of our facility management team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in managing the complexities of facility operations while assisting with a range of administrative tasks.

**Responsibility**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative assistance to the facilities management team, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- **Data Management**: Assist with data entry, maintenance, and analysis related to facility operations, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Help coordinate facility maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and liaise with service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
- **Inventory and Supply Management**: Monitor inventory levels of facility supplies and equipment, assist with ordering, and ensure proper stock management.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of facilities management concepts is a plus.
