**JOB BRIEF**:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Handle data entry and maintain records in an organized and timely manner.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.

Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance and services.

Assist in organizing office events and meetings, ensuring all logístical aspects are covered.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.01:39 PM

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
