The role’s Key Objective is:
- Preparing and submitting competitive tender proposals for MEP items/projects,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
- Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach
to managing tender processes.
C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential
opportunities and trends in the MEP sector.
- Develop strategic plans for arriving at the best tender
winning rates and doing through Analysis of the
Item.tender submissions aligned with company goals
and market demands.
- Survey and Collection of the market rates of material
and item and heavily negotiating the same to arrive at
Tender Winning rates.
- Create competitive pricing models and strategies to
enhance bid success rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,

the Tender winning rates by ensuring minimum 12% to 15%

Person.all given Tenders /& PQ & Empanelment with least
query for technical qualification from Client / Consultant.
- Sending EMD, TC, ASD, Franking, Service Provider payment
details to account dept.
- Preparation of technical bid.
- Preparing Comparative Statement of rates & sending to
management for final approval.
- Maintain highest confidentiality for all tenders involved.
- Overseeing paperwork as per the requirement
- Keep track of the tenders called for and respond to them
within the stipulated time limits.
- Sending price bid opening result to management and
accounts department.

- Lead and manage a team of engineers and support staff
involved in the tender process.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members,
ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their
skills and performance.
- Monitor & evaluate the performance of tender processes
and submissions, identifying areas for improvement.

- Prepare & present regular reports to senior management
on tender status, success rates, and strategic
recommendations.
