As a Seller Acquisition Executive at Prodokraft, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of skilled artisans and craftsmen. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard potential selling partners on our platform. You will serve as the key liaison between Prodokraft and the talented artisans who create the heart of our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential artisans, craftspersons, and sellers who align with our mission.
- Communicate the value proposition of joining Prodokraft to potential sellers and artisans. Manage end-to-end seller acquisition, from the first outreach to onboarding.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on potential sellers and ongoing collaborations using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure all sellers have a seamless onboarding experience by guiding them through the process.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly acquisition targets.
- Report regularly on your progress and work closely with the team to optimize seller acquisition strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to persuade and engage potential sellers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A passion for preserving and promoting Indian craftsmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet acquisition targets.
- ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE ELIGIBLE

**Salary**: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Morning shift
