**Job Title**: Customer Outreach Specialist

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement & Support**:

- Proactively reach out to customers to assess their satisfaction, identify needs, and address any potential issues.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, answering questions and guiding customers toward the right resources.
- **Up sell and Cross-Sell Opportunities**:

- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or upgrades that would benefit the customer’s experience.
- Communicate product updates and new features, providing personalized insights into how these changes can meet specific customer needs.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams, ensuring customer perspectives inform company improvements.
- Track and report on feedback trends, creating insights into common customer pain points or requests.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage with at-risk customers and reduce churn.
- Monitor and track customer metrics, like usage rates and engagement levels, to proactively identify accounts needing attention.
- **Collaboration and Team Support**:

- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss customer needs, challenges, and successes, helping refine outreach strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, or communications.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in customer outreach, account management, customer success, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and customer-focused, with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and customer success software.
