**Introduction**
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are the face of IBM for our customers. Your clients' success depends on your ability to understand their needs and respond to requests for new services. This role is an integral part of both account planning and delivering support strategies, working to proactively monitor problems, change processes, and handle issues to ensure our customers success.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a System Center Admin - Level 2, you will be expected to support various system center products i.e. SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, SCDPM etc. You will be involved in troubleshooting and operational maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper V, Clusters and various other server roles as part of secondary responsibility with little or minimum support from superiors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, Configure, Monitor, troubleshoot and Support Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Install, Configure, Monitor, troubleshoot and Support System Center Virtual Machine Manager
- Install, Configure, Monitor, troubleshoot and Support Microsoft Data Protection Manager
- Deploy driver updates, BIOS updates for a range of models, maintain configuration baselines and prevent configuration drift, and work with and assist all other teams in the business in order to achieve all of those aims.
- Configure the boundary and boundary groups.
- Configure the AD discovery methods and create the user collections.
- Content distribution and point installation.
- Configure the SSRS, creates the data queries, manage the site system roles, and configures the role-based management.
- Deliver SCOM views via Remote Desktop Web Access, create custom reports on results of SCOM monitoring, use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) technologies, and provide problem resolution for SCOM components and related custom scripts
- Work with project managers and peers to understand and solve challenging technical problems, produce effort estimates, and improve system functionality and reliability.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012
- Knowledge of multiple processor systems, RAID hardware, SCSI attached, and storage area network.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Min 4+ Years’ experience in System Center administrator
- Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM.
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager 2012 & 2016, System Center Service Manager 2012 & 2016, and System Center Orchestrator.
- Integration of 3rd party element managers with SCOM with APIs.
- Creating, Managing User Roles in SCVMM
- Creating, Managing different sites, in SCVMM and Windows Azure Pack
- Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverable items.
- Ability to provide consultation for new projects, functionalities, migrations, upgrades.
- Install, Configure, Monitor, troubleshoot and Support the Physical and Virtual Server Environment, including various platforms and vendors.
- Install, Configure, Test and Update Server Operating Systems and related server-class software and monitoring systems.
- Provides Infrastructure Support for Enterprise Applications, including meeting with Business and Application Owners to define requirements prior to project implementation.
- Design and implement new server infrastructure, as well as provide day-to-day monitoring, capacity planning and management of the existing estate.
