Admin Executive

**We are looking for an admin executive who can oversee and lead maintenance procedures in centres. He will manage activities such as tracking expenses and report progress updates to owners or higher-ups. They also handle specific tasks assigned to them along the way.**
Primary Responsibilities would include
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical systems of centres to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
- Monitor equipment and inventory to place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage front desk responsibilities when required.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Audit bill books and inform the patients regarding dues.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
We are looking for someone who has
- 1-2 years of experience in administration.
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Proficient computer skills
- Comfortable with travelling between 3 centres.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
