**Job description**
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of clinical and non-clinical processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to design and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Ensure the hospital's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare quality.
- Staff Training and Education:
Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety throughout the organization.
- Patient Safety: Monitor and analyze adverse events, near misses, and patient complaints. Implement measures to improve patient safety and reduce the risk of adverse events.
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality-related data and Generate reports and present findings to the hospital's leadership team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes and overall hospital performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.

Certification in healthcare quality (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ) is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
