*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales leads, customer databases, and sales pipelines.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
3. Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
4. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining documentation.
5. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order processing.
6. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team brainstorming sessions.
7. Contribute ideas for improving sales strategies, processes, and customer experience.
8. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the sales team's objectives.
*Qualifications:*
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in a professional setting.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
