**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support day to day administration of (WebCAT LMS) through the creation of new courses/Modules, roster management and eLearning content testing.
- Development and maintenance of a knowledge base and supporting documentation regarding administrative access and functions of the LMS.
- Creates training activities (ILT, CBT, WBT), manages documents and other supported activities.
- Create test scenarios and assist project team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
- Support other LMS administrators with testing content, enhancements and general system functionality.
- Work with stakeholders around to develop and assignee program roadmap to ensure that courses are delivered into the LMS and made available to learners in a timely manner.
- Own, Identify, research and resolve help desk user questions and issue and track in system.

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Learning, Development & training background, passionate about making learning an stimulating and empowering experience.
- Experienced in digital content development, workflows. Advanced expertise in Content Building
- Designing and delivering learning design solutions based on business needs.
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
