**3+ years of work experience in the following**:

- The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products within the specified timelines.

**You will: Be part of a team that solves business problems which involve**:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication to align with project goals.
- Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team’s progress, promoting a smooth and efficient development process.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering an environment where the team reflects on its performance and adapts accordingly.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and plan upcoming sprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and update relevant Agile documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.

**Good experience of**:

- Experience with software development methodologies beyond Agile/Scrum (e.g., Kanban, Lean), MIRO.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends.

**Essential Education/Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Trello and frameworks.
