Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in the Mohali Phase 8 B Industrial Area. The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in facilitating and enhancing agile processes within our development team.

You will ensure that Scrum principles are effectively implemented, coach team members on agile best practices, remove any impediments to progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your leadership will be instrumental in helping the team deliver high-quality products on time, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies : Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure productive and efficient meetings.

- Adherence to Scrum Principles : Ensure that the development team follows Scrum principles and practices, with a strong emphasis on delivering maximum value.

- Coaching and Support : Provide support and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies, promoting collaboration and encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement.

- Product Backlog Management : Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-refined product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and clearly defined.

- Empower Self-Organization : Foster an environment where the development team feels empowered to self-organize, take ownership of their work, and make decisions collaboratively.

- Obstacle Removal : Identify and eliminate any obstacles that hinder the development team's ability to meet their goals, ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders and other teams to address external dependencies that may impact the team's progress.

- Collaboration Facilitation : Promote collaboration between the Scrum team and key stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

- Transparency in Progress : Ensure that the team's progress is visible to stakeholders by reporting relevant metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.

- Encourage Reflection : Encourage the team to regularly reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement, facilitating a culture of learning.

- Advocate Agile Best Practices : Promote lean thinking and agile best practices throughout the organization to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process enhancement to improve productivity and quality.

- Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve conflicts within the team while maintaining a positive and collaborative team dynamic.

- Problem-Solving Environment : Foster a collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving and innovation.

Skills :

- Proven experience in leading Agile teams and effectively scaling Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, and :

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
