Full responsibility of tracking the financial healthiness of projects executed by Operating Unit, GIS Saudi Arabia, highlight any deviations and support to bring them back to track

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Controlling - Provide active business partnering to project management, challenge assumptions, forecasts and execution plans, monitor deviations, identify risks and opportunities
- Process improvements - Independently identify areas of improvement, define and execution improvement initiatives with cross functional support
- Monthly and quarterly closing - Regular closing tasks within assigned area of responsibility
- Internal controls - Ensure SOX compliance within assigned area of responsibility
- Budgeting & Forecasting - Actively contribute to monthly forecasts of Revenues and profits. Independent preparation and support of annual budgeting
- Tender Support - when required, support Sales and Offer Engineering in preparation of tenders, including but not limited to scope, pricing, costing, risks and opportunities. Ensure order booking in line with accounting and reporting guidelines

Your background
- BCom/MCom/Cost accounting, with over 10 years of experience in total.
- Total Project controlling Experience of at least 4 years.
- Strong experience in project controlling activities in an industrial manufacturing & Project environment. Expereince in GIS or simlar high voltage equivalent manufacturing business will be added advantage.
- Experience in project and systems business is considered an advantage
- Strong leadership skills
- Profound know-how of SAP (FI/CO/PS) and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Ability to work on multiple projects and to deliver quality results on time
