**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Consultation:

- Understand client travel needs, preferences, and budgets to suggest the best travel options.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and activities.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Handle group and individual travel plans efficiently.
- Arrange for visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
- **Itinerary Planning**:

- Create detailed and personalized travel itineraries that meet client expectations.
- Offer recommendations on sightseeing, dining, and local attractions.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide timely updates and assistance during travel, including resolving issues such as cancellations or itinerary changes.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners.
- **Market Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and seasonal promotions.
- Suggest new packages or services to meet evolving client needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IATA certification) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and booking platforms is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel-related software.
- Passion for travel and a keen understanding of different cultures and destinations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
