**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, etc.)
- Qualify potential customers based on their requirements and budget.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested clients.
- Provide accurate and informative property details to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to clearly articulate information.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
