As a Customer Support Executive you will manage all support & service-related work in the organization:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. He/she need to attend the calls and do cold calls.
2. Need to perform other customer related work as per company norms.
3. Help customer to do data import related services like Product master, Party / Vendor master, Transaction master etc.
4. Focused Areas: Product implementation, Inventory upload (include data cleaning), Invoice customization, Party Upload, Bank Account Setup, Vendor Upload, Data import training.

Requirement:

- Bachelors in any field
- Minimum 1yr of experience in Support roles or cold callings
- Open to learn and grow within the team.
- He/she should be a quick learner.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
