Field Sales Executive

**About Us**: Nippon Enterprises South is a leading distribution company headquartered in Chennai, with a Pan India presence. We employ 120 people across nine offices in India, including our head office in Chennai. We operate in three verticals: distribution of musical instruments, medical x-ray film and equipment, and Photo Printers and Paper. We also run a chain of photo studios in Chennai. We represent many world class brands in the musical instruments field including Yamaha, Blackstar, ESP, Ashton, Breedlove, Studiomaster, Carlsbro, Bespeco, Havana and others.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Engagement**: Actively visit the market to sell musical instruments to dealers and retailers.
- **Dealer Network Expansion**: Identify and appoint new dealers in Maharashtra to expand our sales network.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain excellent relationships with existing dealers to ensure continuous business growth.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- **Product Demonstration**: Carry samples of musical instruments to show to dealers and secure orders.
- **Payment Collection**: Collect payments from dealers in a timely manner.
- **Service Coordination**: Appoint and coordinate with local service centers to handle service issues.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and dealer requirements to the management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the musical instruments or related industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of the musical instruments market and dealer network in Maharashtra is an advantage.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra.
**Compensation**:
