**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities.
- Prepare Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents like Packing List, Shipping details, Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C documents, and/or Bill of lading, Pro forma invoice & Commercial invoice.
- Co-ordinating with shippers for documents.
- Assist in preparation of Import/Export related documents, pre and post shipment documents.
- Responsible for tracking and releasing shipment.
- Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Graduation in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- Knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs documentations and formalities.
- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent team player; flexible to work across business need.
- Skilful usage of Microsoft Office software in business document and presentation, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Supplemental pay types:
