As a Marketing Coordinator within BCG’s People and

As a Marketing Coordinator within BCG’s People and Organization (POP) Practice Area (PA), your primary focus will be to help support and execute the marketing agenda for the team across the full suite of external and internal marketing and communication channels. Working closely with the global POP marketing team, leadership team, as well as global and local marketing teams, your role will encompass:

- Coordinating promotional campaigns for POP content (publications, videos, etc.)
- Updating and maintaining the web presence for POP’s pages on the corporate website
- Supporting POP’s social media presence via data gathering, performance analysis, and competitive benchmarking

You will also work with other PAs and BCG’ global and local marketing teams as part of the day-by-day successful execution of the work above and also to ensure an ongoing exchange on best practice examples and innovation opportunities.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
Developing and executing internal and external marketing communication activities:

- Coordinating publications promotional activities under guidance of marketing managers
- Developing and executing internal communications on Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Gathering and analyzing internal communications performance data
- Supporting marketing team with invitations, attendance tracking, and event related logistics and preparing materials related materials for same
- Updating tracking materials for marketing activities including publications and events
- Supporting our social media pipeline, scheduling posts, helping with the creation of specific assets, collecting data for analysis, and competitive benchmarking

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong academic performance
- 2-4 years of previous and related experience in marketing, particularly on social media, internal communications, website management, events coordination
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, strong project management, and organization skills
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly on in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Canva, and Adobe a plus
- Organized, very detail oriented and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of initiative and resourcefulness; “client-service” mentality
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with team mates across multiple time zones. Must be comfortable in virtual environment and most of team will not be co-located
- Full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of one year

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
