**Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the principal, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate records, files, and documents related to the principal's activities, meetings, and correspondence. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, award ceremonies, and special assemblies. This may involve logístical arrangements, communication with stakeholders, and coordination with other staff members.

**Liaison Role**: Serve as a liaison between the principal and various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, students, and external organizations. Facilitate communication and collaboration to support the principal's goals and objectives.

**Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements for the principal, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as required for conferences, meetings, or other professional engagements.

**Office Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the principal's office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

**Special Projects**:Assist the principal with special projects or initiatives, such as strategic planning, policy development, or research tasks. This may involve conducting research, preparing reports, and providing analysis or recommendations.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding school matters, personnel issues, and other confidential information.

**Support to School Leadership Team**:Collaborate with other members of the school leadership team, such as vice-principals, department heads, or administrative staff, to support overall school administration and operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
