Le directeur ou la directrice, Infrastructures - Inde, participera en continu à l’atteinte des objectifs d’investissement de CDPQ en Inde en présentant ses recommandations sur l’exécution de transactions et en soutenant l’équipe de gestion dans le suivi des actifs de la CDPQ en Inde.

Relevant du Premier directeur, Infrastructures - Inde, la personne retenue pour le poste sera basée à New Delhi. Elle jouera un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe Infrastructures et assurera un soutien continu des investissements en infrastructures de la CDPQ. Pour ce faire, elle devra:

- contribuer à l’élaboration des plans opérationnels et stratégiques de CDPQ en Inde concernant les investissements en infrastructures en Inde;
- collaborer étroitement avec des partenaires internes et externes en vue de l’exécution d’investissements en infrastructures;
- participer à l’établissement de la structure, au montage et au processus de vérification diligente des transactions;
- assurer un suivi rigoureux des investissements et recommander les mesures à prendre en fonction des stratégies établies;
- coordonner la prise de décisions à titre d’actionnaire;
- établir des stratégies de gestion active et de création de valeur;
- effectuer de la recherche et des analyses en lien avec les transactions, définir les critères d’investissement et présenter ses recommandations au comité d’investissement.

Exigences
- Détenir une maîtrise en finances, un MBA ou un titre CFA constitue un atout.
- De quinze à vingt ans d’expérience en investissement, en finance d’entreprise ou en services bancaires d’investissement dans les secteurs de l’infrastructure ou du financement de projets.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit); la connaissance du français constitue un atout.
