**About the role**:
This role primarily entails managing the front desk operations and ensuring a seamless experience of visitors & staff, additionally, this role involves sourcing new sales opportunity through various channels, maintaining accurate records and managing relationships with key accounts
**Responsibilities**:
**Front Office**
- Handle front desk operation (welcome customers/guest and answer their queries)
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, Phone calls and other front office activities.
**Back Office**
- Role also involves a part of managing customer interaction from the backend.
- Managing orders and business relationship with existing key accounts.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional workplace appearance -upholding grooming & professional dressing standards.
- Ability to multitask
- Offering prompt assistance on calls & solving customer queries as and when required
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
