Join us in an exciting position in Credit Suisse Trust reporting to the Head of Data Quality and Governance as a Data Quality and Governance Officer within the business area Investment Solutions & Sustainability, headquartered in Zurich.
Data is a critical corporate asset, and managing it is vital to the success of the bank. At Credit Suisse we recognize this and have defined a group strategy and standards to ensure a gold standard of data management.
Your tasks will be supporting the delivery of a framework around data management directly for CS Trust, which maintains its own Client Relationship Management and Accounting system. You will assist on Data Governance topics to align with these CS Group standards and oversee Data Quality and Control for CS Trust.
By embedding Data Quality Management processes and efficacies in the data governance processes, you will enhance the Data Management Control environment for CS Trust.

Located in Mumbai, you will join an international team of highly motivated professionals, collaborating closely with global trust centers as well as the headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. There is a dynamic exchange with the trust centers and other businesses as well as key-stakeholders resulting in a challenging and rewarding environment. By closely collaborating with various partners (e.g. Business, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Regulatory), you will contribute to the key processes within the business in relation to Data Management.

**Your skills and experience**
If we have caught your interest and have previous experience in dealing with compliance and risk control within the financial services sector, we would like to hear from you:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or similar is essential
- 3+ years of experience in Governance and Framework roles (e.g. Business Management, COO, FLDS, etc.) within the financial industry, with a preference for experience in Data related topics
- Evidence of previous contributions to committees, status tracking and project management
- Proven ability and understanding of the importance of a solid Data Framework and the criticality and impact on business processes
- Knowledge of the Data Quality Framework, CDO Governance as well as tools to track data lineage (e.g. Collibra) would be an advantage, as well as familiarity with Databases, SQL, Excel, Power-BI, etc.
- Solution oriented mentality that can manage, oversee, and structure a complex Data Management framework, while keeping attention to the finer details
- You can meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal-skills that enable you to navigate through all hierarchies, including dealing with international stakeholders
