**1.Job Description**:
Assisting the supply chain team in day to day functioning of the warehouse overseeing delivery and receiving inventory and warehouse personnel. Managing Inventory and maintaining communication with Sales department and Logistic Manager for the delivery of the merchandise.

**2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE**
- Undergraduate/ Equivalent Qualification.
- **Minimum 2-3 Years experience in the equivalent role.**:

- **Fluent communication in English.**:

- **Inventory and SAP experience.**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Leadership skills.

**3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**
- Maintaining effective communication and relationship with Sales and Procurement Department.

**4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS**
- Ensuring that the inventory received are matching with the purchase order, invoice, Production and Expiry batches.
- Entering the goods received into the system MIGO through SAP system.
- Ensuring that all the goods received are with complete accuracy.
- Overseeing those inventories which are approaching the expiry date and segregating these inventories.
- Follow up on Purchase Order, Receiving Order and Invoices and forwarding these documents to the head office.
- Ensuring that the goods are loaded into the trucks with complete accuracy and good condition.
- Ensuring that trip sheets are prepared and maintained.
- Verify these trip sheets to number to invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Verification of damaged goods and expiry goods to the credit notes done on time and entered into the system.
- Verifying QHSE log sheets to ensure that the temperature of the warehouse and cold room are maintained.
- Ensuring that the Warehouse is well maintained and clean.
- Ensuring that the attendance of company staff and contracted staffs are maintained.
- Ensuring that the supporting documents of the vehicles are maintained on timely basis.
- Paperwork should be done and maintained on timely basis

**5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT**
- Job location might change based on the company's requirement.
