JOB PURPOSE:
Incumbent is responsible for governance of 3PL, keeping accurate and optimal inventory levels and controlling inflow of parts. Also responsible for the design of the areas for the receipt of material in POU via layouts, as well as managing capital projects for continuous improvement. Driving the team for 100% compliance on IRA accuracy.

JOB RELATED STATISTICS:
Decrease and optimization of inventory replacement of obsolete equipment.
Maintaining IRA minimum 99% & governing the MRC
Packaging optimization for shipment. Supervise 8 employees & assist 3PL service provider. Also responsible of maintaining stock accuracy in external warehouse.

JOB DUTIES:

- Design and implement a PFEP in the facility in the system and in physical. Assign each part number a route since the material arrives until it is send to assemble.
- Updating the strategies and part numbers in the system.
- Keep an accurate inventory control in the warehouse by constantly monitoring the inventory levels and the demand forecast.
- Manage and execute capital projects expedited by findings in safety audits and by the area´s continuous improvement.
- Budget control for the logistics area.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

- Engineering or bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics processes.
- Knowledge of WM module in SAP.
- Warehouse planning
- Knowledge of production flows.
