- Assist the Logistics Director in his various tasks
- Follow up and update the list of Personnel: recruitment, FC, assignment, function...
- Develop and monitor P-BDAs
- Present leave, movement, overtime and signing advances
- Overtime monitoring
- Follow-up of Absenteeism
- Coordination between logistics and HR to solve problems related to logistics (odd score, leave delay, schedule....)
- Order with electronic BDA the necessary materials for logistic service and ensure good reception.
- Prepare logistic service KPIs and inform when objective is exceeded.
- Control of training requests according to the logistics service need.
- Processing and tracking of assignment changes, replacements and recruitment
- Update of logistic service forms
- Ensuring the display of logistics service information
- View memos.
- Prepare presentations for meetings.
- Personalplanung follow-up.
- Complete the schedule and staffing of staff in coordination with Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors
- Prepare and Follow Abteilung-Ziel
