Logistics Administrator

Shipment Coordination: Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock is properly managed. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, customs documentation, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Order Processing: Handle order entries, communicate with customers about order status, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately. Transportation Coordination: Arrange transportation and monitor its execution to ensure goods are delivered in the most efficient manner. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints related to shipments, and provide updates on delivery status. Cost Management: Track logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and packaging. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
