**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Quotation, Purchase order. Coordinate with internal departments.
- Maintain/Update Customer Data and ISO documents. MIS Preparation.
- Taking Regular updates of Inward & Outward Payment Follow ups.
- Monitoring Payment Collection.
- Day to Day Office Works.
- Handling Office Maintenance & Office Staff Management.
- Handling Courier, Stationary, Front Desk, Visitors etc to be managed.
- Office Outdoor Works like Bill Payments, materials dispatch co-ordination.
- Other Admin Tasks as allotted by Management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate from any stream.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience** : 1-2 years of work experience.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
