**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven improvements.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword research and A/B testing.
- Analyze and report on ad performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Ensure the team meets KPIs and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
- Communicate marketing strategies and results to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the team to ensure successful project execution

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
