**Personal Assistant**
**+ About your new Role**
Provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth and seamless running of operations and assist the founder-director that contribute to the growth and success of our team. You will have mix of duties varying from doing secretarial work to supporting directors in key projects. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a productive and thriving learning environment.
**+ Key responsibilities**
- Handle social media portals and day to day campaigns.
- Co-ordinate client meetings
- Assist in planning and organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are arranged and participants are informed
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant written content for various platforms
- Continuously generate new content ideas and explore innovative approaches to engage the audience and differentiate the brand
- Utilize the content-creation platforms to design and create various graphic materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and feedback, utilizing learning management systems or other relevant tools.
- Creating and maintaining documents in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Proficiently manage intricate calendar schedules
**+ Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Proven experience of 1-2 years as a personal assistant.)
- Content writing and social media management will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and social media platforms
- Should come with strong industry knowledge in learning and development is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to be flexible.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, "real time" environment with constantly changing priorities and immediate issues/concerns to be addressed.
- Extremely organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
