ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing and Communications:
1. Oversee the overall Marketing & Communications Strategy for SCHOOL.
2. Events’ Coordinator: The School’s ETHOS, BRAND, VISION AND MISSION must always be borne in mind at all times, Help collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders: the school administration, teachers, facilities and logistics teams, prospective parents and parents to ensure optimal delivery of the School’s brand, mission, vision and values.
3. Purchase and Procurement: Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions, Help the Stores/Purchase/Procurement Department in assessing current material availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on the market, delivery systems, and other variables.
4. Human Resource and Recruitment: Liaise with the HR and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that staffing levels are sufficient to deliver the curriculum of the school in an efficient and cost effective way, Ensure that staffing needs across all verticals are in approval with the Senior Leadership Team before the vacant positions are advertised.
