**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Event Industry

**Location**: INDORE

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: upto 3 lpa

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Identify potential clients, approach them, and build long-lasting relationships.
- **Meeting with Hotels & Venues**: Regularly meet with hotels and event venues to negotiate rates, establish partnerships, and secure locations for events.
- **Client Visits**: Conduct on-site visits with clients to understand their event requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- **Outstation Travel**: Travel outside the city as required to meet clients, conduct site inspections, and secure new business.
- **Event Collaboration & Tie-Ups**: Build strategic tie-ups with vendors, service providers, and venues to create seamless event experiences.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up**: Generate leads through various channels, follow up, and convert them into confirmed events.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the event or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and client visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
