**Job Description - Ad Executive**

**Who are we looking for?**
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI through paid advertising initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
**What will you do?**
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure targets are met.
- Adjust strategies and budgets based on performance insights and business objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Identify new trends and insights to maximize campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Managing the budget & providing regular reports on budget utilization and performance outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
**Who can be the ninja?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
