Front Desk CRM Support Executive

Tiber Taber is a kids' apparel brand specializing in ethnic wear for children from newborns up to 8 years old.
Our mission: to weave stories of cultural pride into threads of playful design. Today, we're a leading kidswear label, dressing a generation in functional ethnic wear which is made for play, built to last, and designed with love.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**: Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage the front desk.
- **Store In-charge**: Attend to customers visiting our small showroom in the office.
- **Customer Support and Queries**: Manage customer queries, primarily around order tracking and COD order confirmation.
**Requirements**:
- Presence of mind to handle customer queries effectively.
- Interest in fashion and trends to develop an understanding of the product.
- Adept with computer skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
