Job Description**:Sales Executive with FMCG Background**

Position**:Sales Executive Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Experience: Sales experience in store and retail outlet environments.**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Overview: As a Sales Executive with an FMCG background, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for selling our products to stores and retail outlets, ensuring effective distribution and achieving sales targets. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with your in-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, will contribute to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our FMCG products to stores and retail outlets.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, build strong business relationships, and expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Present product information, features, and benefits to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional activities to drive sales volume and revenue.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, stock availability, and delivery coordination to meet customer demands.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare sales reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company and build strong networks within the FMCG sector.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, specifically selling to stores and retail outlets.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
