**Responsibilities**:

- Attend customers, listen to their problems and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle software implementation, training and customer support.
- Give software demos and presentations in schools.
- Provide onsite and remote support to schools in implementing our K12App services.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within required guidelines.
- Answer incoming calls and resolving customer complaints.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in support of customer onboarding and customer retention.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate who has good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Professional approach in answering calls.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present a relevant solution.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients.
- Should be willing to travel as per requirement.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patna - 800001, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
