**Job Overview**:
The Contract Processor will provide ongoing support to process bids as they are received. Works closely with various internal departments to stay on task and ensure timelines are met. Periodic updates on progression of bids will need to be provided as well as a final review.
- Able to multitask on several bids at once until complete
- Works with various departments to gather necessary documents for bid
- Manage storage of bids and documents for future needs
- Provide support to the business on reporting of progress, additional items needed, and completion of bid

**Skills Required**:

- Graduate Degree in any stream
- Experience in lead Generation/B2B Lead generation
- Prior experience in working with US Team / US Customers - any zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience with contracts
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Required: High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- The ability to work on multiple projects, while managing priorities with the appropriate sense of urgency
- Teamwork, critical thinking, quantitative analytical ability, and exceptional problem-solving skills
